Watch service. Customer service. Quality.

Inside of every watch, tucked into the smallest space sits a true technical marvel, namely a precise and delicate movement. It requires first-class service and care to be able to perform accurately over the years. Anita Enna and our watchmaker team are passionately dedicated to the care for these masterpieces of mechanics, be it for general check, a battery change, a revision, an urgent repair or expert advice.

Revision

A revision to a mechanical watch is the same as a regular service is to a car. We recommend that a watch with mechanical movement be revised and tuned every 4-6 years. After that, your good as new wristwatch is ready to accompany you to new adventures.

  • Stripping the movement
  • Removing hands and dial
  • Completely disassembling the movement
  • Cleaning all movement parts
  • Checking all movement parts (optical and technical function)
  • Replacing/remanufacturing worn movement parts
  • Assembly and oiling of movement parts
  • Regulating the movement
  • Setting dial and hands
  • Checking all functions of the movement
  • Dismantle watch case
  • Refurbishing and cleaning case parts
  • Replacing all seals
  • Mounting the case
  • Casing the movement
  • Check waterproofness
  • Attaching the strap
  • Final inspection

Care and maintenance of MIH Watches

To ensure that your MIH watch displays time and date precisely for decades, we recommend that you have it serviced completely every four to six years, as with any mechanical timepiece. If you use your MIH watch regularly for swimming or water sports, we recommend carrying out a water tightness check with a watchmaker every summer. Should this be negative, send the watch in for a water tightness service, and we will ensure your continued swimming enjoyment.
