North of Geneva in the Swiss Jura is the Vallée de Joux, is the birthplace of Audemars Piguet. In the cradle of watchmaking itself, the story of Audemars Piguet began in the year 1875. The company which was incorporated by Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward-Auguste Piguet was quickly embraced by the venerable companies of the Swiss watch tradition.
